Guy Fraser-Sampson

Guy Fraser-Sampson originally qualified as a lawyer and became an equity partner in a City of London law firm at the age of 26. In 1986 he left the law and has since gained extensive experience in the investment arena, particularly in the fields of private equity funds, investment strategy and asset allocation.

Jens Ulltveit-Moe


Jens Ulltveit-Moe is the group's founder and Chief Executive Officer. On completing his education he was a consultant with McKinsey in New York and London, before developing the oil tanker division of the SHV group in the Netherlands.

Harald Magnus Andreassen

Chief Economist, Swedbank

Mr Andreassen works extensively with matters involving industrial economics and macroeconomic issues relating to the share and bond markets. He frequently appears as a public speaker and is regularly approached by the media for comments on financial matters. Mr Andreassen has for the last 15 years been voted Norway's best macroeconomist in the annual survey performed by the magazine "Kapital" among Norway's main investors. He has also on several occasions been ranked Norway's best financial analyst regardless of category.

Knut Haanæs

Knut Haanæs leads the Growth topic in Europe—and is a member of the Industrial Goods practice. He is the former global leader of BCG’s Strategy practice. Since joining BCG in 2000, Knut has worked with clients across a number of industries, including financial services, petroleum, consumer goods and retailing, technology, and telecommunications.

Rolv Erik Ryssdal became CEO of Schibsted on 1 June 2009. He joined the Schibsted Group in 1991 and has held several management positions including CEO of Aftonbladet (1999-2005), CEO of VG (2005-2008) and CEO of Schibsted Classified Media, the holding company for our international online classifieds operations (2008-2009).

Susanna Campbell

Øystein Moan

Øystein Moan, born in 1959, is educated Cand. Scient at the University in Oslo with computer science as main subject. Moan is earlier founder and Managing Director of Cinet AS, and has been CEO of Visma Group since October 1997.
